Do you charge a fee?

No there is no fee whatsoever for our service.

How long does the process take?

We normally advise you of the outcome of your application within 24 hours. Once your accepted and have found a car it generally take between 1 to 3 days to drive away, depending on the type of acceptance we have in place for you.

Do I have to buy from you?

No - we don't see cars we just provide the finance. You can choose your car from any dealer in the UK providing that they hold a credit licence

Which dealer can I buy from?

Any dealer in the UK that holds a valid credit licence. We deal with thousands of small family dealers and many large dealer groups. So if you need any help in finding a car please let us know, with our dealer contacts we should be able to find you just what you want and a good price.

What will I need to provide?

Normally all we require is a copy of your full UK driving licence, your last wage slip and a recent proof of address. If your self employed we may need futher proof of your income.

Are there any restrictions?

It depends of the type of acceptance we have for you but generally the car needs to be under 10 years old.

What rate will I be charged?

That really depends on your own circumstances. We deal with wide range of lenders that all offer different rates and products. The rate you are charged depends on the acceptance we manage to secure for you. Rest assured we will get you the best possible rate available based on your own circumstances. Once you are accepted we will be able to give you a full break down of any figures you require before you start looking for a car. All offers are totally non obligational

Yes - we take security very seriously. All our application pages (the ones where you enter your personal details) are securely encrypted. We use 128bit encryption technology to ensure that all communication between your browser and our web server is completely secure. On our application forms you should see a lock in your browser to confirm that the page is secure. We also have our pages security tested daily by hackersafe.com

What do you do with my details?

If you make an application to us your details will be securely passed to our underwriters who will perform a credit search and search our panal of lenders for the best offer based on your circumstances. If we can't help you then with your permission we may pass you onto one of our partner companies that maybe able to.
